| Ship body and mechanic equipment are jointed by many affiliates, so the vibrations of the joints have a great influence on the whole structure vibration. These vibrations will affect the workers' convenience and the work of the machine. If there are equipments on the top of the slim ship construction, the demand for the dynamic response is high and the joints' damp is very important. As the complexity of the damping mechanism, although there has been a lot of calculation, the results are poor reproducibility. Therefore, analysis of dynamic characteristics of joints is very important.This paper introduces the theory of identifying the parameters, construe the damping mechanism and research energy dissipation of surface connected by bolts. This paper set up the equivalent dynamic model of machine joint part, analyzing the identify method of the usual equivalent dynamic model of conjoint part. The means produced by Ji-cun-yun-xiao is used to study the dynamic characteristics of real joint. The spring-damp elements are used to simulate the joint that is in unit area, and FEA method and experiments are applied to identify its dynamic parameters. The influential factors in the parameters are discussed based on the researches on different joints. Through the data, we know that stiffness and damping of the joint increase with the pressure. |
