Study On Connected-way Layout Planning Of Expressway And Urban Road

To enhance the role of the expressway's contribution to the urban social-economical development, the connected-way layout planning of expressway and urban road has a very significant influence.Firstly, this paper deeply analyses the functions of the expressway and the urban road and interactions between them, and based on the conclusion, has a very clear definition of the connected-way, analyses the functions and road traffic characteristics of the connected-way, brings forward layout's principles,requirements and influent factors of the connected-way, which establishes the compact theory foundation.Secondly, this paper has a systematic analysis of the connected-way layout planning, brings forward its layout planning clue; according to the city scale and related risk factors, figures out the amount of the connected-way; then the amount of the passageway, brings forward the different methods of passageway to different size cities: applies the superiority index approach to choose the external traffic passageway in small and medium-sized city, applies the fuzzy clustering analytical approach to choose the external traffic passageway in big or metropolis-sized city, then accomplishes the layout planning of the connected-way.Thirdly, has a deeply analysis of two kinds of node, brings forward the theory and method to choose the types of the nodes.Then this paper has a study on the evaluation method of the connected-way layout programme. Having a compressive comparison of merits and shortcomings with every kinds of evaluation methods and according to the feature of the connected-way layout, chooses the fussy comprehensive evaluation to appraise the layout programme.Lastly, takes the layout programmes of the city of Jingmen and Xiangfan as examples, applies relevant layout methods to accomplish the planning, chooses the fussy comprehensive evaluation to appraise the layout programme which has a good outcome.
