Needle-free injection, as a kind of new method of injecting drug through the skin, compared with the traditional drug injection, have represented its more attractive characteristics, such as painless injection, high drug absorption rate, easy to operate and not having cross infection etc. It is believed that with the further maturity and completion of the liquid jet theory and the technique of needle-free injection, needle-free injection will substitute traditional injection and become the popular drug injection method among the whole people.In order to promote the development and popularization of the technique of needle-free injection, the test and evaluation of the trigger use of needle-free injection and the liquid jet characteristics become more and more important. On one hand the test and evaluation can feedback the structural design of the syringe, optimize the result of design, and improve the integral performance of the needle-free injector; On the other hand the test and evaluation of the liquid jet characteristics can help to guarantee the quality of the needle-free injector and set up the prestige of users who use the needle-free injector, thus the popularization of the technique of needle-free injection can be accelerated.This thesis, carries on the simulation analysis of the mathematical model of the needle-free injector, then proposes the method of testing of syringe performance and sets up the systematic model of testing. On the basis of the simulation analysis of the testing systematic model, selects sensors and DAQ hardware, designs the signal conditioning circuit independently, and finishes the design of the electronic structure of the testing system. Considering the variety of the size specification of the needle-free injector and the convenience of the testing operation, designs the mechanism of the testing system and completes the installation of the parts of the whole testing system. Besides, uses LabVIEW to design the software part of the testing system and uses standard signal to examine the data acquisition procedure of the testing system.Finally, the experiment of the trigger force of the Injex needle-free injector and the self-designed needle-free injector are carried out. Carry on the liquid jet shock force experiment aim at various different parameters. The experiment indicates that the testing system can realize the test on the trigger force and liquid jet shock force of the needle-free injector. Through the analysis and processing to experimental data, it is proved that the testing system can realize the test and evaluation of the needle-free injector.
