In recent years, develop increasingly along with the national economy, the life quality, urge the development of city developments, high-rise and super high-rise building emerge more and more now, So its the base places deeper and deeper, at the same time, the plaza pure underground used as garage, skirt-room and relatively independent underground project(such as the sink type Square, underground garage and subway, etc.) are utilized more and more, so the underground protect's waterproofing and Anti-float become a very outstanding problem, how to solve the underground protect's anti-float become a problem we have to face now and attract a wide attention.The underground project engineering of anti-float the reinforcement includes the temporary anti-float measure and the permanent anti-float measure. In this thesis, on the basis of consulting a large number of scientific researches literature and drawing lessons from a large number practical project experience, which summarized various underground project the permanent anti-float reinforcement measure, such as increasing itself weight measure(Including top slab adding load, base slab adding load and boundary wall adding load measure), anchor bar method, dewatering-decompression method, it discussed and analysised anchor bar and dewatering-decompression's method working theory, design calculation approaches, construction working procedure and applications etc.This thesis uses the actual example in engineering, usually adopt above to the adoption the anti-float the measure the cost, work period, material and construction working technology made calculation analysis with contrast, The results research attestation:It need to place plenty of concrete if adopting bases slab adding load anti-floats project, The thick slab will make construction very difficult with inconvenience. It cause a basement clearance small, giving future use much trouble. This scheme cost very much, construction period is very long and take a lot of work, It is a unsuitable measure to the plaza's anti-float.Adopting anchor bar measure cost less and the work period is short, normal anchor bar prefer to prestressing anchor bar, It is the better anti- float project.Adopting dewatering-decompression method cost least and economize the material and cause little damage to the existing construction. and the work period is short It has more advantages than anchor bar, It is the best anti- float project.
