In this paper, numerical model analysis for several main components and their assembly in LJ377MV gasoline engine of LJ750 motorcycle is studied based on HyperWorks, of which the stress may be too big would be done for steady intensity analysis.First, the FEM of static and dynamic ,the fundamental of model analysis are narrated. secondly, do the numerical model analysis to the crankcase as a whole for the two parts with four different grid density, gain a reasonable FEM model, then set up the FEM model for the cylinderblock and the cylinderhead with the same grid density, and do the numerical model analysis for the two parts, which gain some dynamic characteristics for the main parts of the engine. Thirdly, based on three styles of assemble-face's nodes DOFS-coupling, the author do the numerical model analysis to the two parts of the crankcase, and it indicates that the discrepance of the three results are very small, after that the three results are analysed contrastively. Based on the main FEM model of the main components, the FEM model for the assembly of the whole engine is established. The free model analysis with no restriction condition and the constrained model analysis with the real fixed condition are researched, which work out the dynamic characteristics of the whole engine's assembly. Finally, according to the correlative research, of the main components the author selects the one that the stress may be too big to be researched by steady intensity checking analysis, the result shows that the components has a reasonable intensity.
