| Electric power industry is the most important basic energy foundation of our country's economical development, and our country's power plants take coal as main source for generating electric. With the development of electric power industry, the quantity of coal consumption will keep on rising in a long period of future. For the purpose of achieving coal combustion's high-efficient and low-pollution, we must study on ignition characteristics of pulverized coal.This thesis introduces basic theory of pulverized coal's ignition, we think pattern of pulverized coal's ignition can be divided into three types: identical phase, different phase and mixed phase. According to pulverized coal's ignition mechanism, its ignition can be divided into ignition by own and ignition by force. As for confirming the temperature of pulverized coal's ignition point, we usually adopt heat balancing method and TG-DTG method by thermal-gravity analyzer. Volatile is the main element of affecting pulverized coal's ignition. At the same time, test condition and density of pulverized coal will exert much influence upon pulverized coal's combustion.Because proceed of combustion is very complicated in the boiler and it is difficult for us to get many important parameters during proceed of coal combustion, so people usually take small-sized ignition furnace as research means for coal combustion. Through studying coal combustion on ignition furnace, we can carry on theory analysis of coal combustion and apply for guiding practical work. According to basic theory of transfer-heat, hydromechanics, we design pulverized coal ignition furnace. The thesis also introduces choice of main parameters about the experimental system and system ingredients in detail.The thesis also introduces ignition furnace's testing job before ignition experiment, mainly includes: the calibrating of coal-supply machine, system's seal debugging, curvilinear measurement of temperature, amending of rotator flow-meter, debugging of sampling system and security. We are also in process of measuring three different types of coal's ignition temperatures. The result of experimentation shows that ignition temperature of different coal have direct proportion with its'volatile content, the higher volatile content is, the lower its ignition temperature is, the better its ignition function is.Synthesizing all conclusions above, we can get the result that the system has excellent practicability and stability. Its test data can reflect basic theory of pulverized coal's combustion and help for guiding pulverized coal burner's design and optimization. |
