The plan level year in 2015 and 2020,every area does not lack for water,and area water resource satisfies every area completely using water to need.In project area,reclaimed water supply amounts are 4818m~3/a every year now,and may reach 7500m~3/a at 2020,not making use.This may supply water as project production and reserve.2.The aspect of water quality:Reliability and feasibility having analyzed for reclaimed water by water yield,quality and supply of Jiu Quan sewage treatment factory.The water quality of leaving the factory dot not satisfied with request at present.But,the sewage treatment factory already promises that,water quality satisfies all requests before electric power plant puts into production in commission.That the sewage treatment factory design criterion high,works is regular,the amounts sewage water is collected can guarantee,water arrives at electric power plant by special use pipage.At the same time,the emergency reserves a scheme when accident happened in the sewage treatment factory have been thought. Therefore,electric power plant production water supply is reliably,have capability supply reclaimed water 4 million m~3/a.3.The aspect of water resource ensures:The quantity of use water all overall the electric power plant is 3,748,600 m~3/a by calculates.3,661,000 m~3/a producing adopt reclaimed water all;87,600 m~3/a domestic water supply belong to city use water regularly.That the accident reserves a water yield is 765,000 m~3/a.The emergency spare water come from Yuanyang reservoir,is provisionally water.It can be satisfy an accident reserving a water yield completely.4.The aspect of water resources utilization rationality:According to area water resource condition,production water supply all make use of reclaimed water.Not only this have improved area water resource utilization ratio,but also has establish a basis of Jiu Quan City sewage treatment factory benign operation.The water resources benefit will have enhancement,and will not have the blight effect to the ecological environment.Therefore,this project has the strong feasibility.In the period of the project runs,all sewage water will be repetition through sewage treatment factory.Don not discharges to the outside.The project can not produce effect to the area of water function and the third person.
