With development of economy in our country, technology of rock blasting have extensively applied in the field of water conservancy projects and hydroelectric power projects, mine, trafficand construction of urban and so on. The blasting technology is very important method on rock breaking and sometimes is exclusive method. But the blasting mechanism of the blasting engineering pass to rock and come into being fragmentation is complexity, the lot of factors effect on the blasting energy distribution. So we must be study of the blasting energy distribution on the rock.First of all, in the paper reach on mechanical behavior of rock under explosion load. Rock Material is a special kind of solid medium and have the same of dynamic response under blasting load, showing that mechanical behavior of rock under explosion load used of material expert's consequents and base on full considerations upon the natural characteristic of rock.secondly in the paper the blasting energy distribution that used proximate acoustics formulas in the rock have been obtained by means of theoretical derivation and actual calculation on the basis of something studied from the forefathers. The distribution of energy is consumed in working of the explosion of cavity by shock wave, working of the moving of cracks by shock wave, working of the elastic deformation in rock by shock wave, the explosion of cavity by detonation gas, and analyzed moving of cracks by the detonation gas with considering advance damage. And then it also gives the right way to further analyze elements on increasing the blasting energy in rock.In the end, in the paper the test model of explosive underwater blasting in the rock which is used of method of underwater refraction, expounded test principle of blasting stress and energy in rock, and made of a sphere cement mortar model, tested practically blasting energy distribution of DDNP concentric charge in cement mortar model underwater explosion, making full use of characteristics that blasting shock wave is action in the boundary surface in the concentric charge explosive in the sphere cement mortar model, deduced law of blasting shock wave attenuation in rock, and attenuation law of shock wave specific energy and bulb wave specific energy in sphere cement mortar mode. Finally, Also experimental results are coincident with theoretical analysis, obtained correctly concentric charge blasting energy distribution in rock.
