According to the detailed analysis on the composition,producing mechanism and related complication of the injurant discharged by diesel engine, considering the working condition, working characteristic and self construction of diesel engine, we have systemically researched and developed technological method to control the injurrat discharged from diesel engine. Through theory analyzing such technological methods, this paper focuses on the suitable means which is used to reduce the amount of injurant leted out by diesel engine.The improvement of Combustion systemImprovement of Directly-spraying system: adopting Perking combustion chamber with squeezing-flowing nozzle, or quadrangle combustion chamber.Improvement of indirectly-spraying system: whirlpool-type combustion chamber and so on.Improvement of air-entering system: adopting multi-valve, enhancing–pressure and mid-cooling technology; resetting exhaust gas recycling system.Improvement of fuel-spraying systemHigh-pressure spraying system: straight-row oil-spraying pump, cam-driving monomer pump, pressure-storing-up monomer pump.Improvement of injector: double-spring injector, pump nozzleElectronic-controlling spraying system: adopting electronic-controlling spraying pump to implement position control on assigning-type oil-spraying system; adopting electronic-controlling spraying system to implement position control on straight-row oil-spraying pump.Improvement of the quality of fuel: improving the quality of fuel and additive.Purifying contamination outside engine: catalyzing technology, mote purifying technology outside engine...
