Research On The Process Of Forming Shoulder Surface For Formation

Forming shoulder is widely used in packaging engineering as a key part of forming, filling and sealing packaging machine, which has the direct influence on the form of packaging, the size and the goods quality.This paper firstly put forward the surface formation process of the circular forming shoulder as to the trait of the forming shoulder developable surface. The streamline was defined and the mathematical model of the streamline of the circular forming shoulder was established according to the motion characteristics of plane film on outer surface of forming shoulder. Research on the formation of forming shoulder surface hypothesis and the characteristic of the defined streamline, established the mathematical model of the circular forming shoulder surface for formation. The key important parameters were concerned and analyzed the influence of the surface formation process.The 3-Demensional surface was established by the software of PRO/Engineer, which was based on the surface shoulder formation mathematical model, aimed to validate the foundation of the surface formation mathematical model, referred to the further research, and improve the forming shoulder design and manufacture from a new sight and a new method of how to settle problems.In order to research into the trait of the forming shoulder formation,presented how to bend the sheet-metal for the forming shoulder, studied and analyzed the stress-strain and the process of the sheet-metal forming,and used the computer aided design to create the 3-Dememsional solid model of the forming shoulder used by sheet-metal bending-sealing process.The paper was based on analyzed a lot of forming shoulder research, lately references, and market analysis, made a new sight of researching a forming shoulder surface formation process and then studied on using sheet-metal bending formation process and computer aided design technology.
