With the increasing severity of energy and environment problems, renewable energy is competitively developed all over the world. Wind energy is a green power which is regenerative and clean.Wind power generation, which is clean and abundant, is attached great importance to and becomes the fastest developing renewable energy.This article is learned from massive of Chinese and English articles, to study on the background and the domestic and the development dynamic of wind power. Then it's known that the low speed direct-driven permanent magnetism generation of wind power system is superiority straight. Because of the used of permanent magnetism generation of chair is not normal and only some developed countries controlled these technologies that research on permanent magnetism generation system is valuable both practice and application in many ways.The operation of direct-driven wind turbine generator needn't accelerating gearbox, the wind turbine directly coupling with generator. The stator with three-phase or polyphase winding generates variable frequency energy, voltage following rotational speed, while the rotor has structure of permanent magnetism or electrical excitation. There are devices for rectification and inversion, in which the AC energy, from generator with changing voltage and frequency, transform into constant-voltage constant-frequency electrical energy sending into power grid. Active power and reactive power of the system output could be changed by regulating control signal in order to meet the power grid. The equipped capacitor of the system needs to correspond to the capacity of the generator in variable-speed constant-frequency direct-driven wind turbine power system.In this paper, the wind model, wind turbine model, permanent magnet synchronous generator model etc. are set up. Emulating parts of direct-driven variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbine generators, then it's painted that characteristic curve when this system operates in steady-state. The simulation result shows the accuracy of the modeling of the direct-driven variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbine generators. At the end of this passage,the running experiment is done based on 1.5MW PMSG, The experimental results show it has a good running stability and control characteristics.
