As the society develops and the process of the industrialization accelerates,the energy and environment problem becomes the urgent problem which must be solved for the human survive and improvement.In order to solve the shortage problem of the common energy,every country pays more and more attention to the exploration and utilization of the renewable energy.As an important kind of new sustainable development energy,wind power generation not merely can save the routine energy resources,but also may decrease pollution of the environment.Thus it can bring preferable economic benefits and society benefits.At present,wind power generation has caused more and more concern by governments all around the world.Because wind energy has lower density,instability and randomicity,wind turbines have strong nonlinear multivariable with many uncertain factors and disturbances.Therefore,analysis the effect to the output power of the wind rotor caused by the change of the wind speed and control technology is important in order to realize the goal of achieving the greatest wind energy capture below rated wind speed, and maintaining wind turbines rated output power above rated wind speed.This paper analysis the effect to the output power of the wind rotor caused by the change of the wind speed,and do the variable-speed control in the low wind speed area and variable-pitch control in the high wind speed area.Firstly,principle,structure and basic theory of wind turbines are introduced,traditional control technologies of wind turbines are analyzed.Secondly,establish the wind speed and power calculation models, analysis the effect to the output power of the wind rotor caused by the change of the wind.Thirdly,in the high wind area,set up control model,use the RBF and network PID control to realize the variable pitch control based on the control model,then do the simulation and analysis the difference between the network PID and PID control.After finishing the above-mentioned work,in the low speed area,set up control model use the BP network to calculate the rotor speed as the given speed,then do the simulation in the low wind speed area.From the calculation result,we learn that the wind rotor output power increases along with the increasing wind speed,at the same time,the blade's power is different under different azimuth,and it can be seemed as sine curve.From the simulation result,we learn that,above the rated wind speed,with the help of the network,this paper finishes the goal of maintaining wind turbines rated output power,and it recovers the defects of PID control; and it finishes the goal of achieving the greatest wind energy capture and the given rotor speed below rated wind speed. |
