Concrete-filled steel tubular structure as a new type of structural system with the high bearing capacity, plasticity and toughness, as well as significant economic benefits and construction, such as highlighting the advantages of quick has been used by the high-rise buildings more and more in recent years. Therefore, concrete-filled steel tubular frame structure system in our country has not only become an important form of construction, but also in the future, will maintain a good development prospects. However, the theory and practice are quite rough for the design and optimization research of concrete-filled steel tubular frame structure, in order to ensure the safety of this type of construction and enhance the investment returns, we must seek a scientific and rational design and optimization method for this construction.In this paper, for the framework of concrete-filled steel tube which using combination of bending modulus and shear modulus, we calculate it with ansys finite element analysis, and get accurate internal forces of structural framework under pressure. And then, we improve the genetic algorithm into concrete-filled steel tubular structure, using the real-coded, designing a genetic algorithm selection, crossover and mutation operator, and other performance parameters, adopting penalty function method to deal with constrained optimization problem. On this basis, it has been compiled optimization program with matlab for the framework of the concrete-filled steel tube columns and steel beams, and then conducted the optimization calculation of framework of the system in conjunction with specific examples, it shows that the results are real, effective and reliable by comparing with the original data. It demonstrated that the method of optimization program based on genetic algorithm of structural design operated flexibly, genetic algorithm when solving optimization problems requires the less initial conditions, solves the problem with large breadth, and easily makes the problem to reach the merits of the optimal solution.This article is a study of an application of a new intelligent optimization theory in framework of concrete-filled steel tube, it has a certain significance for the conservation of structural design theory and the improvement of the investment, meanwhile, provides a reference for the scientific optimization of other structure forms.
