Travel-time of sections, volume,density,velocity as the most important traffic parameter datum, can relect the traffic flow timely . it is significant to study the methods of estimating real-time traffic variables on freeway.At present,it is rather difficult to estimate real-time traffic variables using the traditional methods,which get detecting information from detector that is sited in the road section.Then traffic variables are calculated from that information.Because the cost price of installation and maintenance of detecting equipment is too high cost to be used those detecting methods for detecting traffic information that is the whole day,low cost and high efficiency in the wider range.Traffic parameter extraction technology at home and abroad have a certain degree of development, but on the traffic parameter extraction process itself is not too much detail.It is against this background, this paper relies on the national high-tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) project:State of the regional transport system feature extraction and integration technology(2007AA11Z245)and based on multi-source real-time traffic data on the state of urban road traffic prediction technology(2007AA11Z218),this paper did the key technology research on floating car phone on the highway .Finally, this paper carries out a detailed experimental verification with the floating car phone traffic parameters extraction process.In this paper,a new method of studying on the extraction technique of highway floating car traffic parameter based on cell phone is presented.The state of vehicles on freeway is estimated by clustering and Fusion algorithm and acceleration of mobile phones.Then traffic variables are calculated from the state of separate vehicles.It can estimate traffic variables in the wider range,low cost and high efficiency.This article first introduced the application of mobile phone positioning technology and Highway Car Mobile Phone original data pre-treatment technology。Threshold based on clustering mobile vehicle identification technology were studied Then By many mobile phone integration technology floating truck traffic information。Then , Using and improvement of the existing map-matching technology got Highway vehicle to be more accurate positioning of mobile phone。Finally,Based on the above-mentioned methods and techniques,Combination of sections of divided highway ,Extraction of mobile floating car technology research and Using computer programming software simulation environment to Carried out based on the mobile floating car freeway traffic parameter extractionThe first chapter describes the research background of this paper , has a detailed analysis of the traffic parameter extraction problem. And this chapter proposes a key issue on floating car highway traffic parameter extraction based on Mobile phoneThe second chapter is devoted to the mobile phone positioning technology, data pre-processing technology, mobile identification technologies and data fusion technology, this chapter has analysis of the phone features of the floating car data and does some pretreatments with it; It identifies the location and vehicle's position via floating car data from mobile phone handsets .The third chapter has description and analysis of commonly used map-matching method, and comparative analysis of GPS floating cars and trucks on the map phone floating different matching algorithm. This chapter proposes floating cars applies to mobile phone map-matching algorithm, and on this basis, focuses on analysis of the error resulted in inaccurate map-matchingin mobile phone positioning floating carChapter Fourth detailes phone-based floating vehicle highway traffic parameter extraction process, first of all carries out on sections of the highway division, which is the most traffic parameter extraction based on the most important environment and affects the accuracy of the traffic parameter extraction. And the realization of various simulation experiments described in detail.
