With the social progress, economic development and the increase in cars, human depend on oil, more and more strongly.Oil supply and consumption constraints of the balance between the States and the world economic development, and other emissions from vehicle exhaust pollution in Vietnam lead to more serious environmental problems,so the energy crisis and environmental protection get more and more attention.Biodiesel, as a renewable alternative fuel, has become more and more considered by the people. In this study, a new generation of heavy duty electronically controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine to explore with different physical and chemical properties of biodiesel fuel engine combustion and emissions of the impact of the law, without prejudice to determine the performance of the engine under the premise of the use of biodiesel to add the best ratio of , the enrichment and development of design theory and combustion of fuel theory, for the internal combustion engine efficiency, the use of clean fuel to provide a new way to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulationsMajor components of this study was selected for the bio-diesel and rapeseed oil methyl ester as raw materials, through pure fossil diesel 0 # added different proportion of biodiesel, preparation of B10, B15, B20 and B30 hybrid four, select the above-mentioned hybrid with the pure physical and chemical properties of petrochemical diesel research conducted by the following conclusions: As the proportion of biodiesel to add the increase in biodiesel mixed fuel cetane number, density and oxygen content is gradually increasing, and low calorific value decreased. In this study, the establishment of steady-state engine operating 13 conditions of combustion and emissions testing system. The completion of the engine cooling system controls the temperature regulation, and the structural parameters in the engine do not make any adjustment under the conditions of combustion, respectively, with B0, B10, B15, B20 and B30 Engine Test-bed for five fuel research, results showed that as followed.Compared to pure diesel and petrochemicals, as biodiesel fuel mixture add the increase in the proportion of the engine fueled with biodiesel fuel blends to reduce pressure on the largest outbreak of decline of 3.4%, the largest outbreak of cylinder pressure ahead of the crank angle corresponding to about 1 ~ 2°CA; pressure rise rate and heat release rate decreased 4.6 percent drop, respectively, and 9.5%, the pressure rise rate and peak heat release rate of advance of about 1°CA; gradually shorten the ignition delay, combustion duration gradually extended.Fuel mixed with biodiesel fuel, the engine power has declined, with the proportion of biodiesel to add the increase in the rate of decline in the more obvious; its fuel consumption and fuel consumption rate with the added gradually increase the proportion is higher than pure petrochemical diesel, but the difference between various types of fuels is not the engine of economic impact. Relatively speaking, the use of B10 fuel, the engine power and economy of changes of the smaller.Compared to pure fossil diesel, with the proportion of biodiesel to add the increase in biodiesel fuel mixed HC, CO, PM emissions decrease, NOx emissions increased slightly. Compared to B0, the mixed fuel B30 weighted condition in more than 13 under the conditions of discharge, BSHC reduced 20%, BSCO reduced 38%, BSPM reduced by 28%, while BSNOx an increase of 9.9% is not obvious. When the ratio of biodiesel to add no more than B10, the use of biodiesel fuel mixed with diesel engine emissions of NOx and other emissions do not decline significantly.
