The effective pressure,speed and unit power of modern diesel improve constantly,and the unit mass is also smaller and smaller.The structure is gradually compact,and the thickness of liner is becoming thinner.The entire above makes its capability of anti-erode degrade.It has been discovered that the damage caused by cave corroding was extremely serious at the course of maintenance.The liner of diesel replaced mostly not because exceeding the abrasion limit,but the damage of cave corroding.Cave corroding has become one of the important factors which influence the usability and reliability of the modern diesel.It is found that the liners of 170 series diesel cave corroding is rather seriously, especially on the side of the main thrust during the moment of disassembly along with the feedback of marketing.The serious cave corroding reduces the intensity of liner. Once it makes water,the oil in the oil pan will be degenerative.It will easily cause accidents such as bearing melting.If the liner crashes due to the lack of intensity caused by erode,it would bring on much more severe aftereffect.The issue must be taken adequate attentions,and resolved at full steam.Thus,it investigates plentiful information about the principle and precaution of erode.At the same time,it makes a lot of work.The target is partly solving the liner erode problem of 170 series diesel.Known from the information,cave corroding is caused by the air bubble round the liner wall.The formation and vanish of air bubble are mainly related to the liberation and cooling system of liner.Therefore,to begin with the formation,harm and prevention of erode,it deeply analyzes the liner erode of diesel.It also analyzes the causing reason and impossibility of precaution of the liner erodes,combined with the parts' design and use of 170 series production.
