Fly ash is one of the three industrial waste,and the worst environmental polution made by it disturbs people for a long time.Therefore,we attempt to recycle fly ash.As we conduct more investigation work of the fly ash,it has been applied in engineering field,such as light-weight embankment,structure backfill,grouting to reduce settlement and stabilifying the basement,road surface and several kinds of concrete structure.Especially in the application of concrete,fly ash has been well developed and payed more attention than before because of its unique irreplaceable function.At present,the emission of fly ash in our country is about 1,100 million ton and the utilization ratio of fly ash is 42%.The fly ash emissions will increase year by year as the industry develops. With reasonable promotion and application of ash fly, we will save the resource of land and energy, moreover, it will play a significant role in preserving the environment.In this paper,through introducting specific projects and the features of fly sah concrete, the replace the over-calculation formula of fly ash mix is particularly introduced, necessarily analyzed and modified.And writer find the shortages of the original calculation method by some examples. Fly ash concrete has much advantages in lowering the cost of the projects, in improving the quality of concrete and so on, through the experimental research on the fly ash concrete and the content of fly ash in comparison with controlled concrete from lengthways and transverse aspects.Deliberate reports about the capability of energy-saving and emission reduction of fly ash concrete was made, and sufficient demonstration of fly ash in many aspects such as saving standard coal, reducing the emission of SO2 and so on was given though detailed design and caculations.
