The structural style of Jinbu bridge is novel,There aren't yet too much the theory or experience to draw on at home and abroad, In order to make a correct assessment of work performance and ability to use bridge structure under the load,this paper has carried on the relevant research combination of bridge load test and theoretical calculations.Firstly, introducing the importance of the bridge detection, including detection contents of the bridge and general detection method, then we focus on the static test load for test subjects, including the purpose and task of load test and some main points of attention. According to the purpose determining test pilot programme, base on the stress changes in law of the bar calculated measuring points are layout in important bridge structure bars. By calculating the control section moment influence Line and the equivalent to load, determine the choice of vehicle type, number and location of loading, adopting the form of classification to load to determine loading programme.Secondly, introduce the general structure of Jinbu Bridge, and then model all structural components of this type bridge in detail under a system which is based on entire bridge simulation. Establish the fine full-bridge combination of finite element analysis model by using the shell unit and beam unit and so on, which can calculate and analysis various test conditions by ANSYS finite element program.Thirdly, the calculated results of finite element and the test results are compared including the Stress calibration coefficient of the important poles such as the main shaft, ramp-and-winding, V shoring and the deflection calibration coefficient of bridge vertical deflection measurement points, by comparing the calculated value and test value, it can reflect that the structure has good carrying capacity to meet the use requirements.Finally, in order to study the impact of error caused by calculating and bridge structure model. We analyze changes of the Structural stress and deflection when the loads change in the vicinity of equivalent loads and also analyze the impact of stress and deflection caused by changes of structural stiffness. The results show that when the changes appear weak, the structural stress and deflection have not been affected significantly.Through the bridge static load testing and analysis, we can not only evaluate the structural work performance, but also give some valuable advice in the design and construction for some of the problems, and it has the greater significant reference for the same type of bridges.
