The mechanical model of heterogeneous brittle materials , such as concrete, rock and etc are mostly based on its macro level recognition, The main feature of formate model is equivalent polyphased and heterogeneous materials with homogenious and continuous body, to some extent these simplified method can satisfy the need of engineering practice,But it's hardly research micro level to macro level traumata and rupture process when concrete, rock and etc happen crack initiate, expand and transfixion.The interior of heterogeneous brittle materials flood with microcracks,microvoi- ds. In conventional numerical simulation we must divide lots of computing units to describe microcracks and microvoids which induce simulation complicate and restrict application of optimization.In this text lodge a new numerical experiment model for simulate heterogeneous brittle materials such as concrete and rock and etc.We call it multiple random equivalent plane truss model,which truss structure via their nodes random disturbance,multiple overlay and establish a chain of theoretical formulas. The geometrical split theoretical principle based on cellular automata theory.By using a large number of connections rather than computational units give a new method to describe micro cracks, voids and their heterogeneity in any scale level,greatly degress numbers of nodes and computing time.The secondary development for AutoCAD has been undergone by using VBA a- nd VB.Net language, establishing modeling system and compute system.Introducing database technology,which not only became two system proceed data information ex- change media,but also the model on the platform of AutoCAD possess necessary data information. This article plentifully researched multiple random equivalent plane truss model's parameters,such as links elastic modulus and continuous body material elastic modulus relations analysis, evolutive number and units size analysis, variance analysis, visualizing wholly numerical simulation process,which provides base of theory and parametrical sketch for modeling application. we provide a new numerical experiment method for interior microcracks, microvoids and heterogeneous research of heterogeneous brittle materials, realizing the materials overall process emulation of stress traumata, traumata accumulation,crack propagation and ruputure. |
