After reform and opening-up to the outside world , the development of city modernization makes our country's electricity department more powerful . But by contraries , for the past few years , our large and medium-size cities were always lack of electricity , especially the cities in the southeast coastal areas and in Changjiang River valley zone , the mean rate of using power was keeping high and the power load concentrated on the power demand fastigium . Moreover , the load of central and dispersive air-conditioning is increasing and will be keeping increasing in future .To solve our country's electrical problems , we should balance and relieve the stress of the electric fence . As HAVC , ice storage and cold air distribution systems will help the electricity departments to relieve stress . However , this kind of skill gets stuck in our country because there is not production line of cold air distribution . Moreover , it will bring some troubles such as diffuser condensation of moisture and making people feel uncomfortable because of cold air sedimentation .We imitated the foreign skill of cold air distribution and made a cold air diffuser by ourselves . In addition , we experimentalized it and did a numerical simulation to the air-conditioning room . By the contrast of the outcomes of the experiments and the numerical simulation , we know the self-made cold air distribution can run well .
