Energy crisis and environmental pollution are common problems faced by the world, the whole world has taken the reproducible energy development as an important task. Bioenergy has been the important energy that the mankind depended on for existence all the time, it is second only to the coal, petroleum, natural gas and occupy the fourth in the energy-consuming general quantity of the world, have the important position in the whole energy system. The advantage such as being renewable, environment-friendly and clean that it has, makes it been paid close attention by more and more people in recent years. However, due to the very low efficiency of biomass and dated means of biomass, the majority of them are burned on spot which results in serious environment pollution and biomass resources waste. Therefore, great attentions have been paid to the techniques of converting agricultural waste into high-grade fuels. The technology of converting agricultural waste into straw densification briquetting of high-grade and high density has been lucubrated. Biomass solidifying technology has the merits such as cost low, deposited and transported facility, good combustibility and high thermal efficiency. The bioenergy would have great prospect in the countries which are deficient with petroleum and coal.At present, the related technique and equipment research of the biomass solidifying machine is serious lag. There are lots of problems not to solve about them. The purpose of this study is finding out the parameter scope of solidifying factors, and groping for solidifying principle, which take energy efficiency, low-cost as springboard. Through the study on present questions, the paper analyzed and designed a new briquetting machine. it is consisted of four parts below:(1) The paper analyzes each kind of the existed biomass briquetting machine's the merits and the deficiencies, first find the appropriate condition through the experiment, then design a new biomass briquetting machine. The machine design partial is composed by the choice for the plan, the design of belt transmission, designing some key parts and so on. (2) Some key parts of the biomass briquetting machine are analyzed by static strength FEA, and some design sizes are optimized.(3) This paper introduces the base theory and correlative information of AC variable frequency speed-adjusting, the basic theory of Sine Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM)and Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM)is expatiate, and this paper presents control strategies of V/F Speed-adjusting system.(4) Through the study on biofuel shaping mechanism, we will find the main factor. Then make experiment on lots of materials, by changing its variables such as size, shaping pressure and moisture content, etc., we will draw the suitable craft parameter. All the studies we have done would provide theoretical basis for equipment design and optimization of process parameters.In a world, This research will provide theoretical foundation for the development of biomass solidifying technology with high pressure on natural conditions, and be advantageous to the commercialization of bio-fuels.
