OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) as a novel medical survey imaging technology is widely applied to the clinical medicine field due to its high resolution, non-injury and non-invasion measurement etc. The noise and distortion of imaging system cause fuzzy of image. Novel denoising arithmetic and three-dimension reconstructing arithmetic of OCT image were proposed, aiming to make the image more clear, solid and intuitive. An image processing arithmetic based on estimation in time domain was applied to denoise OCT image. The image denoising algorithm was studied and the causes of noise were analyzed. Combining time-domain estimation with filtering in frequency domain, a novel dynamic average background estimation algorithm was studied. This dynamic average algorithm can avoid longitudinal direction distortion caused by large difference between adjacent pixels, and can obtain exact estimation of background. Then, filtering in frequency domain denoises image, decreases dark degree of image and obtains better signal to noise ratio (SNR) comparing with traditional arithmetic. The reconstructing arithmetic of OCT 3-D image enhanced the observation effect, which is helpful for comprehending 3-D structure of focus issue. The door for medical diagnoses is opened.
