Set some controlling systems on engineering structures, making the systems and structures work together to resist the uncertainty load, such as earthquake and strong wind, so as to reduce the dynamical response of the structures. That is called the vibration control of the structures. Yao J.T.P introduce this technology into the civil engineering in 1972 for the first time, confirming the beginning of research on vibration control, which has already become an active research field at the present time. Several decades past, the theory and experimental research on the vibration control acquired plentiful outcome.This thesis mainly study on the vibration control of tube truss under earthquake. According to the design purpose, writer adopt SAP2000, modeling the whole analysis model, which including the reinforced steel bar concrete structure at the bottom. Writer use the time history analysis to compute the vibration of tube truss structure. And then, adding the damper into the structure to reduce the vibration under earthquake.The conclusion in this thesis indicated that, adding the damper into the tube truss structure can get an excellent control effect.
