It results in the high level of the line loss rate of power supply bureau. Although a lot of human and material resources have been launched, the electric power-stealing phenomena have been continuously increasing. The electric power-stealing method is improved and the intelligent technology of the electric power-stealing continued is also escalated. Therefore, it is of an important theoretical significance and practical value to study on the anti-power stolen technology of the power system.Conventional anti-power stolen measures are only installed in client. They lack the real-time monitoring, which results in that the theft evidence can not be collected in time and provides the power-stealing person opportunity of power stealing. Through an in-depth study and exploration on the electric power-stealing problem, it can be known that, it is of great significance for the improvement of the anti-power stolen ability to transmit the electricity data with the GPRS wireless network and discover the power-stealing activities or measuring failures in time.After extensively reading many relevant literatures about the anti-power stolen management of the power system, based on the familiarity of the application features of GPRS, as a wireless transmission method, in the power system, the anti power-stolen management System based on GPRS in Qingtongxia rural electric network is studied in this thesis. The whole system is designed. It consists of three components, viz. remote terminal, GPRS and Internet transmission networks and the control centers.Based on the analysis of the main electric power-stealing methods related with the measurement circuit, the hardware and software of the remote terminal of the anti-power stolen system is designed in this paper. In the design, GR47 module is adopted as the GPRS module, STPM01 is adopted as the power measuring chip, and P89LPC9401 is adopted as the single chip. Besides, the corresponding function of each module is also analyzed in the thesis.The project of the anti-power stolen management, in which GPRS technology is adopted as the communication means, is analyzed in the thesis. The basic characteristics of GPRS and its initial application in the power system are introduced. The hardware circuits and software of GPRS communication are designed. The demands of the software subsystem of the main station of the anti-power stolen management are analyzed. The communication protocols of the anti-power stolen management system are designed in detail. And the performance of the designed system is also analyzed.Through the research on the anti-power stolen system based on GPRS in this thesis, the acquisition of the scene power-stealing evidence can be realized. With the designed anti-power stolen system, the power-stealing phenomena and the measurement failures can be detected in time and the alarm signal would be sent out. Eventually, the reliability and security of the power supply of the Qingtongxia rural electric network is improved, and enormous economic benefits can be brought to the power industry. |
