Engineering Blasting will produce a strong ground vibration,which may affect damage on structure. So it's necessary to assess the structure around the blasting before blasting ,in order to take accurate measure. At present,"Safety regulations for blasting"(GB6722-2003) uses peak ground particle velocities criterion, taking into accout the frequency factor.However, this method doesn't specify which direction of velocity should be controled, and it doesn't consider the inherent structure of its dynamic characteristics (such as natural frequency, damping ratio), the material properties and the nature of the foundation and geotechnical boundary conditions,so it is not perfect enough. Based on numerical analysis, structural dynamics for the foundation, combined with the measured data, this paper focuses on the structure around blasting, and does the following work by using MATLAB programming and nonlinear analysis software IDARC:First, based on previous studies and analysis of measured blasting seismic data, this paper discusses the blasting of seismic velocity and acceleration characteristics, as well as the distinction between blasting vibration and natural earthquake.Compared to the empirical formula,this paper uses function regression method and uses meural network for forecasting, and the three different methods are compared.Second, in accordance with random process theory and relevant literature, this paper realizes the simulation of blasting seismic wave by using MATLAB.At the same time ,two different methods in the simulation are compared.Third, Because"Safety regulations for blasting"uses vibration velocity for assessment, this paper tries to calculate response spectrum using velocity and displacement, not acceleration.The numerical solution is presented by using MATLAB.Last, Based on experimental and simulated data, frame structure damage model is introduced ; against"Safety regulations for blasting", multi-parameter criteria damage is established. By using nonlinear software IDARC, this paper calculates structure quantitative damage caused by blasting ground vibration.
