Preparation Of Pt Electrode On Planar Zirconia Oxygen Sensor

Zirconia oxygen sensors are necessary for automobile, especially which using electronic fuel injection, and planar zirconia oxygen sensors are new development. This paper is based on researches and developments of this kind of oxygen sensors. According to the relevant oxygen sensors production process, we have made the electrode slurry preparation, screen printing and sintering process, at last we have detected the signal of oxygen sensor.By the way of screen printing plate oxygen electrode sensors Pt , Research on different types of organic vehicle and binder on Pt slurry overall performance of sintering. The results show that Using solvent, thickener, surfactant, levelling agent and thixotropic agent of a mixture of organic vehicle; and used a mixture of metal oxides as a binder; Through the milling process and mixed powder particles Pt slurry made of the high-temperature sintering of the best. it is able to meet the basic vehicle emissions system application.
