Research On Application Of Self-organization Theory In Virtual Enterprise

With the rapid development of economic globalization and IT technology, virtual enterprise, which is becoming the current trend for enterprise, has been attracting an increasing number of entrepreneurs and experts. However, so far, research on this field is still in its infancy because it is a young field with a short history of only about ten years. Research findings of Chinese experts, which are based on the principles of Management and Economics, mainly concentrate on researching the establishment and management of virtual enterprise while those based on Systemic Theory are relatively inadequate. According to Self-organization Theory, based on introducing systematically the principles of virtual enterprise and self-organization, this paper analyzes self-organization of virtual enterprise and in particular investigates the application of Dissipative Structure Theory, Hypercycle Theory and Synergertios. By researching Self-organization Theory's application in virtual enterprise and analyzing virtual enterprise systematically from the view of systematic evolvement and development, this paper probes appropriate operation mode for virtual enterprise so as to offer entrepreneurs and experts some reference and eventually accelerate the development of virtual enterprise in China.
