| The gas engine driven heat pump(GHP) is driven by the gas engine using gas, and Driven the compressors for refrigeration circle. The GHP system has the character of high performance, energy saving, environment protection, etc. It also can play the role of adjusting the electric network load. With the project of "natural gas transmission from west to east" to implement, the using of GHP has a positive meaning for our country's energy structure adjustment.First of all, this paper provides an overview of our country's energy utilization in recent years, and pointing out the importance of energy conservation. Through the analysis of power shortage, using of natural gas and the development of air-conditioning, the necessity of carrying out the GHP technology in our country is indicated. After that, from the GHP working principle, the thermodynamic model of GHP is established and the matching relationship between the system components is shown. By means of evaluating the COP and PER coefficient of the GHP system, expressing the operation performance characteristics of system and comparing with the electric driven heat pump all aspects, the character of highly active, energy saving, environment protection, wide range of adaptability, lower running costs and so on of GHP system are obtained. In order to achieve the optimal system operating conditions, the operating thermo economics model of GHP is established and optimized calculation, and the minimum values of refrigeration and heating costs of GHP and the different operational parameters under these conditions are obtained. The influence of the main decision variables on the heating and refrigeration costs can be found by analyzing the optimization results. Through citing an example of a practical project, by the method of thermal economics, for four different air conditioning programs and energy price sensitivity analysis are studied. The result shows the economy advantage of GHP and the situation on changing energy price of the programs, the economical energy price range suitable for GHP is obtained. Finally, considering with the air-conditioning units conditions of six domestic large cities, the character of low running costs is analyzed and the economy advantage of GHP system is explicated.This paper makes a study of GHP system mainly by comparison and analysis, in light of the actual, the advantage of high performance and low cost are expressed. So the advantages of this technology on energy saving and environmental protection of GHP are fully reflected. It makes clear that the GHP has a good prospect in our country. |
