Combustion is the key part of diesel engine work.It influences the natures of diesel engine. Therefore,we must analysis the combustion process carefully. With the development of computer technology and computation hydrodynamics, working process numerical simulation of diesel engine is also developed. The multidimensional simulation of combustion proess in cylinder can give economically the combustion information in detail and show the effects of geometric parameters on the combustion performance. It can compare different schemes. If it is used in diesel engine research,it can provide an effective research method in engine development.Compared with experiment research, the advantages of multidimensional numerical simulation are simpleness, rapidness and amending convenience and it is an important designing and analysis tool of diesel engine. It can provide information which experiments can not provide.Generally speaking,it can provide velocity, pressure and temperature of space and time randomly. It also can provide instructions about improving diesel engine structure and developing new combustion chamber systems.Detailed kinetic model is used widely. In this paper,Detailed chemistry kincectics model is used to simulate combustion process. The fuel is n-Heptane and the physical model is a direct injection diesel.Flow field and temperature field are analysed in detail after the simulation computation. Compared with the results from literatures, the flow field and temperature field are almost same. Finally,The important species such as CO,CO2,NO,benzenes and big molecule products are also analysed at length. The species analysis indicates n-Heptane decomposes quickly;NO produces very fast between 353°CA and 410°CA;CO comes to maximum at 385°CA and after 385°CA,it begins to decrease;CO2 increases constantly.C2H2 and C3H3 play important role in the production of benzene,however,C2H2 plays more important role than C3H3。...
