The active control method of vibration based on intelligent structure is widely applied due to its excellent achievement of vibration isolation, and also is a hot field for current research. A flexible novel active vibration isolation system was studied in the essay and used by active control .The robust control method was firstly analyzed in the essay. Aiming to the character and quality requirment of real system, the problem of robust feedback controller was transferred to the solution of the combination of mixed sensitivity in H_∞standard control and the stability of robust. It is based on the solution of equation of"2-riccati"in H_∞controller to solve the dynamic output feedback controller for restraining the disturb.To confirm the multiplying perturbed system as H_∞controlling model, the realistic model and mathematical model of active vibration isolation system are established also the uncertainty of model is analyzed. Aiming to the uncertainty of parameter, a method of adding weighting function to mixed sensitivity was carried out, and a dynamic feedback model was established .The H_∞robust controller is designed by a serial of rational principle weighting function and robust weighting function, based on MATLAB to establish vibration active control integrated atmosphere, and by MATLAB robust control toolbox. A optimized weigh function was found, by computer simulating and by combining the real situation of active vibration isolation system and control model established. Base on the result simulated by MATLAB, the H_∞controller's effect and robust are well evaluated.
