| In conventional gear shaper, crank slider mechanism is used for its main drive set-up, and the reciprocal velocity of slide changes in a large range which need to increase some useless length of travel during the working process to obtain the uniform velocity. But there are not quick-return characteristics in the crank slide mechanism, so the time spends on the working process and the return process is the same that restricts the improvement of working efficiency. So, a method about the double crank slider six bar mechanism is provided according to the special working environment of the main drive gear.In this paper, the relevant technical status and development trend in the technology about gear shaper are firstly outlined. And then, a conceptual design about the double crank slider six bar mechanism is provided following the designing requirement. At the same time, through the analysis on the motion law and design feature of this entity, the locomotor modeling on the main drive gear is established. And the mathematical representations of key component about the displacement, the velocity and the acceleration are acquired.The uniform velocity in working process is selected as object function and the component size is used as bound for object function. Based on the mechanical design, the physical model could invert into mathematical model, then, using the principle of optimality, a good result we can get.The 3D software SolidWorks is selected as the platform to finish the geometric modeling and virtual assembly of the double crank slider six bar mechanism. Then lead it into ADAMS (software on Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) and construct a simulation model. From the simulation result, it is found the optimum result is right, which improve the motion character and working efficiency dramatically.According to the idiographic request and range of size, digital mockup model could be found, and then the conclusion assessment about the design is to be done. Before the physical mockup is made, the component flaw should be erased in order to decrease the design time, meanwhile save the cost of the design and increase the design quality. Then the setting drawing is plotting after detailed design and motion simulation is operated again, which prove the feasible of the design.The drive box of the main drive gear is analyzed in the finite element analysis software, and the natural frequency and vibration modals are obtained. On the other hand, the maximal reactive force about the bottleneck parts is studied in static analysis based on inertia force, as well as the maximal angular velocity of drive part, which provides important references for the research of the high-speed gear shaper. |
