| Rational operation and management of reservoir play a crucial role in the effective utilization of water resources for irrigation district. Because of the randomness of runoff and water using and the requirement of real time reservoir operation , reservoir operation and management become extremely complex , so optimal operation of irrigation district multi-reservoir research has an important theoretical and practical value issue. A number of key technologies about the optimal operation of multi-reservoir in irrigation district have been studied by taking Shule River Irrigation District as an example in this paper. The main contents of this study are summarized as follows:(1) According to possible problems and various factors in irrigation district multi-reservoir optimal operation, an long-term optimal operation model of multi-reservoir for irrigation district has been developed, the objective function and constraints of optimal operation model has been established and corresponding mathematical equations of the mode and how to solve the model has been explained in the study.(2) Based on the characteristic of irrigation district reservoir management, a practical real-time reservoir operation model has been studied. By establishing a real-time prediction of reservoir runoff model and integrated treatment of all kinds of information, real-time optimal operation of the irrigation reservoir becomes possible.(3) By analyzing the need of information system of optimal operation of irrigation district multi-reservoir all-around, the operation structure, function structure and the database of the information system has been designed in the study..(4) Using object-oriented techniques, a optimal irrigation multi-reservoir information system has been developed by taking Shule River Irrigation District as an example. The system is practical and has a friendly user interface. The information system is reasonable and effectual through measured data verification and satisfies practical needs of irrigation district multi-reservoir operation. |
