Because of the complexity of the operation, the bad condition of working place, the frequent gear-shifting of the drivers result in high labor intension and low working efficiency when driving tracklayer, it is urgent to adopt intelligent technology to tracklayer and develop intelligent automatic transmission system to be used in all kinds of tracklayer. However, the shift rule is the most important part in the automatic transmission system, the quality of the shift rule will influence directly the performance of automatic transmission system. Thus, based on other's research, and combining with related projects of national key laboratory of vehicles, this paper does computer simulation to shift fuzzy control strategy of tracklayer established in this paper.First, based on the test data of the tracklayer, this paper analyses the external characteristics and the velocity modulation characteristics of engine, establishes the dynamic model of engine. After analyzing the Primitive characteristics of hydraulic torque converter, build the mathematical model. And then, this paper establishes the dynamic model of tracklayer and simulation model using Matlab/simulink.Referring to the driving habits of outstanding drivers, this paper summarizes a series of shift rule, set up the shift fuzzy controller, in which shift is designed by throttle and vehicle velocity. Aiming at the fact that in the single fuzzy controller the problem of t he circular shift under the condition of turn and brake can not be well solved, this paper establishes the Fuzzy Correction Module for weighted amendment with the imput of braking torque, throttle angle rate of change, and turn radius.After simulating,we can derive good result that validate the correction of the best economic and power shift rule of tracklayer deduced in this paper, and the feasibility, veracity and reliability of the structure and control algorithm for intelligent gear-shifting control system. It also provides theory for the experiment of intelligent gear-shifting strategy. It is of great significance for carrying out automatic transmission in the tracklayer and designing intelligent gear-shifting system.
