Research On Disposing EMS Data Of On-line Pre-decision Transient Stability Control System

It is very important to ensure the power supply reliability for social civilization and national economy while the stability of power system is the key. However, in a competitive electricity market, the stability of power system is becoming more and more serious because of the operation mode of power system that becomes more and more flexible with the interconnection of large-scale power networks.The meaning of stability is extending which results that the difficulty of control is more serious.Security and stability control has developped to a problem of religional stability control based on global unified coordination from local stability analysis using local information and simple decentralized control.One of the most essential requirements to realize the global optimal stability control is to achieve on-line stability assessment by gathering real-time information of whole the power system.Combined to the scientific research project named control system upgrade of central China power system (CCPS) based on automotive online stability calculation using real-time data from EMS,relative problem of the area is studied in this paper.In addition,the necessarily and the feasibility of on-line pre-decision transient stability control system based EMS real-time data have been discussed . With the development of the EMS system, the real-time data of EMS is satisfied for transient stability analysis and control; The soft of the transient stability analysis (such as PSASP or BPA) has improved quick in these year ; And the research of novel intelligent regional stability executive devices has made rapid progress . All of these could help us realize the new stability controlsystem.Furthermore,a method of transforming the data from EMS which is described by a new formate to the form of PSASP which is a standard soft for stabilty analysis.Before transforming, the EMS date will be analyzied and delted by expert rule.Then use the trsformed data to do the calculation of loadflow and stabilty with regulation .
