The study shown that change of atmospheric pressure influence on human health . Especially when atmospheric pressure changes acutely, people found that sudden cardiac death and cardiovascular disease such as stroke have strong pertinence with air pressure. But the results come from post-analysis, the dynamic change process of vital signals caused by the variation of air pressure have been still don't known so far.In order to solve this problem, we develop an synchronous atmospheric pressure and electrocardiogram(ECG) signals acquisition system, by which we can know about the causal relationship between meteorological factors and physiological parameters of body. This method is different from post-analysis method, which is going to find dynamic relationship between disease occurrence and meteorological condition. We hope that it would be help for health care and treatment of disease. This system adopts MSP430F149 as main controlling chip, SD/MMC card as Mass Storage Facility, and using ultra-low power consumption design scheme. We design the circuit of atmospheric pressure, ECG signals acquisition and a microcontroller system, in which there is an ADC12 module to accomplish the A/D conversion task. A FAT16 file system is established on SD/MMC card by designing hardware interface and software function for the sake of storing mass data. The collected data stores in the SD/MMC card with the standard file form, and then it can be transferred to a personal computer used card read for farther analysis. In this paper, above content is discussed in detail. Results from a series of simulation and experiments show that, the performance of this system is well. This work will establish a foundation for late research.
