In this paper, the nutritional and hygienical functions of oiliness materials and micro comminuting are discussed. The development situations and study of micro comminuting technology on the oiliness materials at present have been introduced.Base on the market and technology investigations,there exist many problems about this technology related to market demand.According to the analysis of the micro comminution mechanism, the analytical expression of the possible changes when comminuting in the complex mechanics can be obtained.Through the analysis of the actions and the deformations of comminution,the effective way to comminution can be seen after discussion.On the basis of fracture mechanics and viscoelasticity theory,fracture modes of the particles ,changes of the temperature and energy on the impacting and shearing field,are derived out.Improving the efficiency of comminution,the analysis of comminution process makes it possible. A numerical investigation of the gas-solid two-phase flow in a pin pulverizer is presented. The gas phase is expressed with the renormalization group k-εtwo-equation model, and the particle phase is expressed with the particle stochastic trajectory model. The model's precise definition, including force analysis of solid particle, particle size distribution and the relations between particles and walls, is presented. Base on the changes of different pulverizer structure and process parameter, the distributions of velocity and pressure in different field are compared.In the paper,the process of particles pervasion is presented. The ways of improving shearing efficiency by changing the pin shapes are indicated.These conclusions provide the guiding that the pulverizer can be used to deal with oiliness materials.Using the means of physical properties analysis, a experiment on the typical oiliness materials peanut is done.According to the experiment, these materials comminution characteristic can be obtained, which provides original data and suggestions for the improvement of grinding process.
