The precipitate silica is a white powdered granule with the characteristic of heat resistant, non-combustible, milk-toast, odorless and electrical insulating, it has the wide various uses in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, papermaking industry and food service industry etc. The large aperture volume and micronized precipitate silica has been used the oil paint and coating's matting agent widely. For the sake of precipitate silica matting agent has extinction effect, average particle diameter and particle size range need be confirmed. Precipitate silica matting agent's particle diameter was been controlled by grinding technology. Thereby grinding technology's process is very important.Traditional grinding machinery can satisfy the requirement of precipitate silica matting agent's particle diameter, but it has many problems such as energy consumption is large, need many assistant equipments, abrasive dust pollution is serious, maintenance is difficult. Base on vibration mill as the start point in the paper, research and development a new precipitate silica matting agent grinding machinery, which is energy saving, high-performance, and environmental, we call it"quasi-static fine grinding".In the paper, we do research in the following aspects: (1) Research the principle of operation, design theory of the"quasi-static fine grinding". Research and analyze the effect of grinding precipitate silica matting agent completely on main engine tube structure parameter, frequency of vibration, amplitude, medium and medium filling ratio, spring, eccentric vibration exciter parameter etc, bring forward the optimization design project of the"quasi-static fine grinding"main engine. (2) Design a new dispersion and grading machine. Research and analyze the effect of grading on the structure of dispersion and grading machine's rotor vanes and the structure of dispersion and grading machine's shell, and analyze the airflow flow field in the dispersion and grading machine with CFD, numerical simulated and analyze the velocity's variation, pressure's variation, airflow's law of movement with FLUENT and compare with experimental data, finally make sure the optimization design project of the structure. (3) Experiment and research. Assemble the well-appointed experimental equipment, according to the design project and structure parameter by theory research, do a number of experiments on precipitate silica matting agent researching work, make the theory analyze combine with the experiment research, to provide the well-appointed basis for the optimization design of"quasi-static fine grinding".The paper's research route follows"Experiment- Theory- Experiment", on the base of abundant theory analyze and researching work, we take out a specific design project of pint-sized"quasi-static fine grinding", and proof the design project could achieve the aim of grinding precipitate silica matting agent, and settle a stable basic for the good-sized equipment's exploitation in the future.
