Permeable concrete pavement can solve effectively those many disadvantages due to common concrete and cover the shortage. It is a effective method building acoustical, light and thermal environment and ecological congdition, esbecailly in supplementing ground water and making rainwater recouce.Mixing polypropylene fiber into permeable concrete, can improve its performances, and make full use of its advantages. This subject mainly involves the experimental investigation about pervious concrete with polypropylene fiber (shorted by PPF pervious concrete). This paper compares firstly the compression strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete with and without PPF. Analyzing the effect to these tow direct service performances of pervious concrete by mixing PPF, prove its feasibility of PPF pervious concrete, and obtain the best amount (1.2kg/m~3) and length (25mm) of PPF. In this congdition, 7d compressive strength of PPF pervious concrete is 23.53Mpa, and 28d is 40.25Mpa, and the permeable coefficient is 4.98 mm/s, meeting the demand. Then the durability of PPF pervious concrete is analyzed, including the performances of its materials and its freeze-thraw test. The paper mainly put to make its freeze-thraw test by rating many performances of PPF pervious concrete in the best mixture rati (including data of freezing and thawing, coefficient of heat conductivity). And the paper respresent in detail the failure mechanism freezing and thawing. Besides, the temperature field and temperature stress field are derived. And their variations are calculated by ANSYS.At last, about the PPF pervious concrete pavement, the paper introduces its construct technology, and makes an economic analysis.Mixing PPF into pervious concrete can improve apparently its entire performance, and prolong its useful life period. So this subject establishes a theoretical basis for popularization and application of pervious concrete pavement.
