| As welding deformations of curved hull block is complex, it is difficult to predict a great deal of residual stress and deformation. And in the shipbuilding process, it is also difficult to rectify the deformations of curved hull block. Therefore, how to master weld residual stress' rule and avoid weld residual of curved hull is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the shipbuilding. After studying former research, the paper studies nether contents using theories analysis method and FEM method:Studying the relational problems of numerical simulation of welding process,such as the choice of welding heat models and methods of computer etc.Studying the welding temperature field of the fillet weld, to find out how doesthe welding temperature field distribute and residual stress so as to master the rule of the welding temperature field distribution and residual stress.Furthermore, the ANSYS calculation results well accords with the test results.Through the research and referred practical verification this paper establishes a feasible dynamic simulation method on 3-D welding temperature field and residual stress field of Gunwale Charpy V welding plane, providing the theoretic analysis of residual stress and instruction and experiment which are anastomosed, promoting the application of FEM (Finite Element Method) on welding mechanics analysis and engineering. |
