The port intelligent logistics dispatching system as an important component of the port logistics system,should adapt with other port logistics subsystem, and also need adapt with the urban traffic system. Therefore, it is necessary to establish port intelligent logistics dispatching system based on real-time traffic flow information of urban route network to address the problem of urban traffic congestion , worsening port land shortage, customer demand for the small volume, multi-frequency, punctuality,diversification requirements.The vehicles real-time guidance as an important component of intelligent logistics dispatching system,which is the most effective method to solve the existing problem of transportation in logistics enterprises. It is the use of advanced communications technologies, provide the necessary real-time information to the transport vehicles and guide it move on the best route, in order to reduce travelling time of the vehicles on the road and ease traffic congestion, make the transport vehicles arrived at the destination quickly and efficiently.The route optimization model is the core of the real-time vehicle guidance system,which decide the advantage of the system.Firstly,this thesis esablish a framework of the vehicles guidance in port intelligent logistics dispatching system, theoretically solve the problem of the vehicle positioning methods, access to real-time traffic information from the traffic-control system, forecast traffic flow information in port dispatching center,access optimal routes, function of vehicle unit, wireless data communications and other issues.Secondly,analysis features of the port intelligent logistics dispatching, proposed two road network structure which are level road network and non-level road network based on the features.On the basis of one of the two road network structure, the thesis discussed several prediction models which are suitable to the vehicles guidance system in the port intelligent logistics dispatching system, in order to forecast traveling time of vehicle,and discussed several optimal path algorithms which are suitable to the vehicles real-time guidance in the port intelligent logistics dispatching system.Part of Dalian city road network and traffic information are used to check the models. Finally, the thesis evaluate route optimization of the vehicles real-time guidance in the port intelligent logistics dispatching system. This thesis attempts to put forward two road network structure, the construction of framework of the vehicles real-time guidance system in the port intelligent logistics dispatching system,several forecast models and the optimization model are discussed, the establishment of route optimization model of the the vehicles real-time guidance system in the port intelligent logistics dispatching system, and the complete evaluation of route optimization of the vehicles real-time guidance in the port intelligent logistics dispatching system.,which all have theory guiding significance to port and shipping enterprises and urban traffic control.
