The concrete taking cement as cementing material has become nowadays the building material for first choosing in a wide range of engineering, but as the increase in the quantity of cement yielded and application amount of concrete, the influence of the resource, energy and the environment is also very astonishing. Along with the modernization industrial development, energy missing, the pollution of the environment and mineral resources exhausting etc. problems are expressional more and more outstanding. The research of high performance concrete has become nowadays one of the most topic in civil engineering field.This paper which study on the prestressed concrete beam like box of Fangshan bridge factory in Beijing of CREC adopting high performance concrete adding fly ash,carried on the optimized mixture ratio design, anti-penetrability capability, anti-freezing capability, anti-carbonization capability and anti-eroding of sulfate capability with fly ash and concrete. Through optimizing the adding quantity of fly ash, the mixture ratio of water and glue and the adding quantity of mineral, an early strong type of high performance concrete adding fly ash can be acquired.The research target of this paper is that make the earlier period intensity of intermediate low intensity high performance concrete adding large quantity fly ash increase and make intermediate cost obviously be lower than the cement concrete of equal intensity grade. Appling the high performance concrete adding large quantity fly ash in the engineering can bring directly economic performance.Through theories analysis and trial research, the topic study on adding large quantity fly ash of intermediate low intensity (C40 and below) and green ecosystem concrete of high performance (high endure). By adding appropriative mixture the concrete has following functions:(1) The concrete has higher intensity during each age period. Under 10℃conditions conservation, the intensity keeps above 90% of control concrete in 7 days, the 28 days, equal with control concrete in 90 day, higher than the control concrete in 90 days.(2) The drying and shrinking transmogrification of concrete is obviously small than control concrete. The transmogrification fall (the biggest and minimum value of transmogrification in 180 days) is small.(3) The capability such as anti-penetrability, anti-freezing, anti- penetrability of chloridion, anti-eroding of sulfate, anti-carbonization etc. are better than contrasting concrete.
