The offshore floating platform with complex structure and huge volume costs expensively,and its offshore environment is very complicated and execrable. when the safety problems happen,it will result in great economical loss and adverse social influence. It has became a urgent question that how to enhance safety management in offshore floating platform and preventing or decreaseing safety misadventures.Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) makes a comprehensive and integrated consideration on various sectuity factors of offshore floating platform in this thesis. The final purpose of risk evaluation is to bring forward a countermeasure to minimize the risks and prevent the accidents of offshore floating platform, establishing a srong foundation for identifying system security goals, developing system security plan and achieving the optimum system security. Through risk assessment, suggesting practical and effective risk control measures. Based on studying on offshore floating platform safety evaluation methods at home and abroad ,and deep analysis on offshore floating platform system in China,the risk rating index system is set up by applying system engineering method, and takes the common characteristics of offshore floating platform into account.By comprehensive analysis on lots of offshore floating platform cases,four three main aspects which affect the situation of offshore floating platform are concluded,they are risk factors of human,risk factors of environment, risk factors of offshore floating platform, risk factors of management.Then the fuzzy ingtegrals evaluation model is set up by using fuzzy integrals evaluation method.The purpose of the risk system is to get the degree of the offshore floating platform risk.The weight of index are defined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).And The weight of the risk system is calculated by the Matlab.The result of the research is an important exploring to the risk classification system of offshore floating platform,The traditional foundation of the risk classification is expanded from single risk classification to evaluate the offshore floating platform more comprehensively. This risk classification method is a referenc to further the safety assessment system of offshore floating platform in China.
