Impinging dryness is extensively used in chemical industry, food, spinning and waving, paper making and so on. The excellence of Impinging fluid is not only in changing transmission process by controlling the velocity and temperature of fluid, but also in changing the geometric parameters, such as nozzle dimensions, nozzles interspacing, the space between nozzle and attack materiel surface and so on, so it can get high quality production. About gas impinging dryness, there is more study about dryness medium heat transfer characteristic under different nozzle dimensions. For analyze of the whole dryness process, there is no correlative literature.This paper, considering about thermodynamics, on the base of researching fluid thermal physical property, established the resolution approach dryness material surface all-over heat transfer coefficient, and analyzed the affection of the three efficient that are dryness medium temperature, solvent latent heat of vaporization, dryness medium pressure to know solvent latent heat of vaporization is the most significant element. All-over heat transfer coefficient can meet project demand better after modify it. For the whole dryness process, this paper established the physical model and heat mass transfer mathematical model of film dryness process,obtained film relative damp content and temperature curves. After compared the simulation datum with testing datum with taking the dryness of pressure sensitive adhesive tap, the models were proved to be right. At last for special dryness processing of pressure sensitive adhesive tap, nozzle size is optimum designed to enhance dryness intensity.
