The fast development of mechanical industry and the ascending oil pressure and temperature in the mechanical transmission part of high-powered engines caused oil film intension and mucosity index to decline,thus influenced the function of the engine and its life-span. So capacity of oil heat exchanger and its pressure-endurance are required to be upgraded to a large degree.Oil heat exchangers mainly include hydraulic pressure oil heat exchangers and machine oil heat exchangers. At present,the material mostly used in domestic oil heat exchangers is copper. However,compared with copper,aluminum is better in that it has lighter weight and greater capability. And with its excellence of lower cost ,energy-saving, heat-dispelling and so on,aluminum will substitute copper gradually in the near future.In order to meet market demand and expand sales channels, it is suitable for our company to develop aluminum plate-fin oil heat exchangers whose excellences are high-pressure endurance,heat-dispelling,energy-saving and environment-protecting.1,This text finds out the most suitable construction of aluminum plate-fin oil heat exchangers for our company through selecting suitable materials and constructions of parts of the aluminum plate-fin oil heat exchanger.2,The construction of aluminum plate-fin oil heat exchangers is validated through tests. And its capability of heat dispelling and pressure-endurance is also validated during these tests.
