Recently, servo Stabilized and Tracking Platform has been widely used in most fields like military area and civil area such as missile seeker, airborne optoelectronic reconnaissance, fire protection, surveillance and control of environment etc. As the development of computer control techniques, the servo control system is making towards the digitalized design.The main purpose of this paper is to research and design a servosystem used for Video Terminally Guidance. Based on stabilized and tracking, to meet the need of high performance and small size, the integral scheme of this system has been discussed. According to the servosystem rationale, a mathematic model of this system is created, and the problem of the algorithm is also studied and analyzed based on it.To improve the stability of procedure in tracking, we also analyze the maneuvering target and pre-estimate the location based on its model. Some important filtering methods in the maneuvering target tracking areas are studied. And apply in maneuvering target tracking procedure, to prove that in the processing of maneuvering target tracking, pre-estimate does well in tracking.Even if there are lots of new control-laws today, PID control is still the most widely used. Firstly, the paper discusses the basic PID control algorithm, PID parameter tuning and several extensive PID control algorithm. Secondly, Fuzzy control system is particularly studied on the purpose of overcoming the unfavorable factors as the change the system parameters and nonlinearity etc. At last, the paper describes the basic method of Fuzzy control and designs Fuzzy control unit with the simulation on Simulink module. Fuzzy control is proved to be a satisfying effect in the situation of changing system parameters.
