Traffic Network Reliabity Research Of City Under Adverse Weather

With the level of city increasing, the travel time and distance of citizens is longer and longer, so the time avail is more and more attention, while all traffic networks is facing uncertain problems. Frequent nature disaster is expending and complicating in current, so the traffic network reliability is gradually taken into account in travel. At present, the most of traffic network reliability research is limited to traffic network in commonly condition, while traffic network reliability under adverse weather is not enough and especially the relationship between variable state of adverse weather and dynamic traffic network reliability research. So the research of traffic network reliability in city has important meaning.In this desertion, on the base of the definition of traffic network state and the analysis of traffic network reliability factors—adverse weather, summarize the producing rule of different adverse weather styles and influence property to the traffic network in city. In according to the alarm model of adverse weather and the degree of adverse weather influence to the traffic network, traffic emergency state is classified four alarm phases. Then analyze the dynamic of traffic network under adverse weather including the analysis of trip requirement of travelers under adverse weather, and the stochastic analysis of the adverse weather influence.Use capacity vector and the level of traffic flow to denote the traffic network under adverse weather and set up the relationship between the emergency state and traffic network running state. Set up the model of traffic network reliability under adverse weather including traffic network travel time reliability and traffic network capacity reliability. Then give the models and algorithms of the route and traffic network travel time reliability and capacity reliability.With considering the influence of adverse weather, adopt the logit model to set up traveler route choice model under adverse weather basing on the optical control model of traffic network user, at the same time, considering the influence of traffic network reliability. These are showing the behavior of travelers in trip with the influence of adverse weather and traffic network reliability.
