To implement the related laws, regulations and policies about energy saving, and to inspect the actual energy saving effect of heating residential building,"Standard for Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating Residential Buildings"published in 2001 in which heat resistance of the building envelope is an important index.In this paper, based on reviewing several common method for testing, the worksite heat box method used here is introduced in detail. Compared with the common testing method, dynamic heat box method and static heat box method have the relatively high measuring accuracy, but can just carry out in laboratory; heat flow meter method and worksite heat box method can be applied in worksite, but their measuring accuracy needs to be further enhanced, and a further research on their test conditions should be carried immediately.To analyzed and compared the different measuring accuracy of dynamic heat box method, heat flow meter method and worksite heat box method, test the heat resistance of a typical wall in a heat box selected from couples of heat boxes which belongs to Harbin Institute of Technology. On a wall with windows, test the heat resistance while changing the distant between heat box, heat flow meter and the window by means of worksite heat box method. According to the test result, found out the effect of hot bridge on wall heat resistance test in practical application.To determine the measuring conditions of worksite heat box method when test the heat resistance of wall with windows, simulated the wall heat transfer of block wall with different temperature, different heat insulation and different insulation thickness by a software used for three-dimension heat transfer. Determined the applied condition to test this kind of wall by worksite heat box method.The conclusion of this paper offers certain guiding significance on testing the heat resistance of wall with windows and walls made of blocks by worksite heat box method.
