The ways of heat pipelining can be divided into overground laying, trench laying in addition to directly buried laying. Overground laying and trench laying are two important.types, which are widely used in heat pipe especial in some special condition.Pipe analysis and calculation are very important, because pipe engineering design is on basic of them.And they can made pipe heat supply system run smooth, economical and safe.So designer should adopt good design methods to insure pipe's safety and economy. Follows are analysed in the paper.Firstly, Theway of compensation is analysed and the judgement of natural compensator's capacity is introduced in the paper. The shorter length of L type natural compensator is deduced by setting up feasible physical model.Secondly, the maximal allowable span of the framework is determined by both strength and stiffness.And the design length depends on the shorter one. The paper analyses factors of pipe span. At the same time, stress comparison and calculation of the maximal allowable span of the fixed suppor is carried out suggested basic in hand book. By comparison and calculation, the maximal allowable span of the fixed suppor should be increased properly when ripple compensator is adopted in heat pipe.At last, the paper introduces the use of CAESAR II software in heat pipe and analyses how to optimize the pipe system, taking fixed support in the different position and compensator fixing a determinate length pipe in different position for example. |
