Beacause 80 percent time of us is now spent in the room, the quality of indoor air makes sense to the people health directly. In the past 20 years, people who live and work in modern buildings for long time daily present morbid reaction, that issue causes great attention of experts and scholars followed the view of sick building and SBS. With the improvement of living level, higher requirements are called for, so it is necessary to research the indoor environment quality of our country. This paper is about the influence of air quality inside dormitories on the students'health. The study was carried out in North China. The research is a part of the whole plan of international indoor air quality organized by Denmark technical University. Aiming at different students'elements and dormitory building type, the investigation applies the method of questionnaire and local testing, the main intention is to analyze and confirm the relationship between the students'health and indoor air quality. We mainly design two kinds of subjective poll as body health and dormitory environment, at the same time measuring some objective factors in dorm such as the temperature, humidity and concentration of CO2, then pack up and analyze the data so as to doing logistic regression analysis on the several factors.According to the research of Denmark technical University, it is a nice way to calculate the ventilation quantum by using CO2, which is produced after the metabolism. Basing on the existing condition, we choose the method of CO2 sourced from Denmark technical University. The final result shows that the influence of dorm air quality to people health depended on two aspects of objective and subjective. The objective physical parameters consisted of temperature, humidity, ventilation rate, architecture wetness and so on. The subjective assessment and reports included the illness history in the recent 12 months of occupants, food allergy, outdoor activities, and the sensitivity to surroundings indoor environment.1. The wall skin spalling, the paint cracking of window frame, the water loss of outside wall are dangerous factors to the some unsuitable symptoms.2. The indoor wetness, humidity, ventilation rate are protective factors to some unsuitable symptoms, while temperature and humidity are the opposite. 3. The illness history in recent 12 months and the allergy to noise, hotness, coldness, airflow and food also contribute to the dangerous condition.4. The outdoor sporting time is protecting factors to some unsuitable symptoms.
