The Application And Development Of Earlier Disassembly System Of Formworks In Construction

Early Removal Formwork System is a new technology which is being recommended by construction industry. The new technology would use less money and formwork material. For improving the work efficiency, it is welcomed by many construction companies. Engineering Construction standards stipulates the following rules: the concrete formwork can be removed when the span of the concrete structue is less than or equal to 2 meters and the strength of concrete structue is 50% of the design strength of concrete structue; the concrete formwork can also be removed when the span of the concrete structue is less than or equal to 8 meters and the strength of concrete structue is 75% of the design strength of concrete structue; and if the concrete structue is longer than 8 meters,the concrete formwork must be removed when the strength of concrete structue is the design strength of concrete structue. In other words, if the distance between column bracers of the horizontal concrete structue formwork is not longer than 2 meters, the concrete formwork can be removed when the strength of concrete structue is 50% of the design strength of concrete structue.This paper proposes the least strength of reinforced concrete floor structue using Early Removal Formwork System in order to popularize the Early Removal Formwork System.This paper first gives an overall introduce of Early Removal Formwork System including the principle of the method and the structure. The floor structue using Early Removal Formwork Systemand not using Early Removal Formwork System is analyzed by ansys.Many factors affect the strength of reinforced concrete structure. In this paper the effect of time and steel on the strength of reinforced concrete structue is researched. And the least strength of reinforced concrete floor structue using Early Removal Formwork System is proposed. The crack of reinforced concrete structue is also researched. And it is proposed where Early Removal should be used. At last the most things of Early Removal Formwork System are explained.
